Description
Claire is the Global Director for Capital Markets at CDP, the global non-profit which runs the world's largest environmental disclosure platform. Claire spent the first decade of her career in equities sales at HSBC, Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan before establishing a leading social-enterprise in Tanzania. Since joining CDP in 2019, Claire as expanded the scope of CDP's influence and engagement from its origins in asset management across banks, private equity and debt, fixed income investment and beyond, spearheading CDP's involvement in climate-related stress tests for banks and innovating new approaches to empower the finance sector to support multinationals in reducing their environmental impacts through innovations such as sustainability-linked supplier financing with data supported by CDP disclosures.
