Description
Laura Santa leads the Sustainable Finance Group at the Financial Superintendence of Colombia (SFC). She is an economist with a master’s degree in economics and with more than ten years of experience in the financial sector. Laura has led initiatives to develop supervisory expectations for the incorporation of climate-related factors in the management of risks and opportunities, for banks, insurers, and pension funds; also, participated in the regulation of thematic bonds and in the construction and divulgation of the Colombian Green Taxonomy. Laura has also been a supervisor of Pension Funds and oversaw one of the National Financial Conglomerates.
