Team Lead Finance for Climate Action
Description
Raphaël leads the Finance for Climate Action team within the OECD Environment Directorate. This notably encompasses work to assess and analyse the alignment of finance with climate policy goals, including through close collaboration with both the Directorate for Financial Affairs and the Directorate for Development Co-operation. Raphaël contributed to the Finance and Investment chapter of the most recent the IPCC’s Assessment Report on "Mitigation of Climate Change". He has previous industrial and consultancy work experience in renewable energy and cleantech, and holds degrees in environmental policy, business and economics.
