Description
Catriona leads work on sustainable finance within the OECD Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs. This notably encompasses climate-related risks and opportunities in financial markets, including analysis of net zero data and metrics for financial institutions and ESG rating and investing methodologies. Prior to joining the OECD, Catriona worked at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), contributing to their work on cross-border investment, after spending several years in private equity in London. She holds a Master’s degree in Economic Policy from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from SOAS (University of London).
