Description
Fabrizia Lapecorella is Deputy Secretary-General of the OECD. Her portfolio includes Tax Policy and Administration, Statistics and Data, Environment and the coordination of the Inclusive Forum on Carbon Mitigation Approaches. Ms. Lapecorella previously served as the Director-General of Finance in the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance from 2008-2022. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bari as well as a Doctorate in Economics from the University of York and has also been a professor of Public Finance at the University of Bari since 2004.
