Description

Nicole Polsterer is an expert on sustainable consumption and production issues and has 17 years of professional experience in development and environmental cooperation. She currently is a sustainable consumption campaigner at forest and rights non-governmental organisation Fern, where she works on mitigating the impacts of EU’s imports of agriculture commodities on Latin America’s tropical forests. Nicole has previously worked for the United Nations Development and Environmental Programmes, and the Sustainable Europe Research Institute. Nicole studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the École des hautes études commerciales de Paris (HEC,) holding Master’s degrees from the Global Alliance in Management Education.
