Jess McGlyn leads Corporate Engagement for Science Based Targets Network. Jess has held previous roles at World Business Council for Sustainable Development, WWF, and International Paper. Jess is also President of Catalynics Leadership Coaching, a leadership development business helping sustainability and social impact professionals unlock their full leadership potential for bigger impact. Jess is a certified ISSP-SA Sustainability Professional, a certified Leadership and Team Coach, and trained in Design Thinking. She holds a Masters in Forest Science from Yale University.
