This closing panel will mark the launch of the public consultation for the stocktaking exercise on the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, ten years on from their last update. Drawing on insights from the Forum, key stakeholders will discuss how the Guidelines will remain fit now and in the decade ahead.
