Biography

Kevin Vuong, MP, FRSA represents Toronto’s Spadina—Fort York in Canada’s House of Commons. Elected at 32, he is the youngest MP of Asian heritage elected to the 44th Parliament. He brings to parliament experience as an entrepreneur building technology and manufacturing businesses, philanthropic giving to frontline Canadian agencies and the global south, as well as 10 years of service as a military reserve officer. For his service and impact, MP Vuong was named a medalist of Her Late Majesty and The Queen’s Young Leader for Canada in 2017, and appointed a NATO 2030 Young Leader by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in 2020. MP Vuong is also the first Independent to be elected to the Executive Committee of the Canadian Parliamentary Network for the World Bank and IMF.
