Biography
K. Karagkounis is a graduate of the Kapodistrian Law School in Athens and has recently become a PhD candidate at the Athens University of Economics and Business focusing on Modern Leadership. He is a lawyer based in Athens. He was first elected in 2009 as a Member of the Greek Parliament and since then he has always been re-elected. In 2012, he was appointed as Deputy Minister of Justice by Prime Minister Samaras.
