Biography
Congressman Castañeda has been active in the political and social arena since his youth, promoting dialogue with dissident groups through various social organizations. He has served as campaign coordinator, councilor, and mayoral trustee, driving reforms to promote transparency and investment in social programs.
With experience in both national and international companies, he was elected to the Federal Congress in 2021 representing the state of Durango with a progressive and collaborative vision.
