Biography
Ms. Dibateza works as Programmes Assistant for the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association. She has experience as a translator an interpreter. She holds a degree in French and International Relations and an Erasmus Certificate in Applied Foreign Languages from La Sorbonne Nouvelle.
