Biography
Mr. Maldeikis is a Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania with the Homeland Union Party and the Christian Democrat Political Group. Currently, he is a member of several Parliamentary Committees: the Committee on Budget and Finance, the Committee on European Affairs, and the Committee for the Future. From 2016 to 2020 Mr. Maldeikis was Permanent Representative of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania to the European Union. While from 2010 to 2016 he acted as adviser to the Committee on European Affairs. Throughout his career Mr. Maldeikis was a columnist for the Lithuanian National Radio and Television, and he holds a Master’s Degree in International Business management from Vilnius University Business School.
