Biography
Martin Exner is a Member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic since 2021, where he is also the Vice-Chairman of the Security Committee and a member of the European Affairs Committee. Before becoming a Member of Parliament, Martin Exner has worked in foreign trade in the energy sector for more than twenty years. In 2013, he founded the Beautifying Society of Nové Ouholice and Its Surroundings. His political career began when he became the mayor of Nová Ves from 2014 to 2022. In 2016, he joined the Mayors and Independents movement. He was subsequently a Member of the Central Bohemian Region Assembly for two years. His topics include the fight against disinformation, road traffic safety and adopting the euro in the Czech Republic.
