Biography
Frédéric Gouardères is an official of the European Parliament. He works as a senior administrator in the Policy Department for Economic, Scientific and Quality of Life Policies, providing and organising expertise for EP committees. He worked at the European Commission (1997-2013) managing European Research framework programmes and designing industrial research policies. His fields of interest include Industrial technologies, Research and Innovation, Energy, the Digital Agenda, Artificial intelligence, Science and Society. Frédéric holds a PhD in Chemistry and started his career as a researcher in industry.
