Biography
David Stögmüller is a Member of the National Council of Austria for the Green Party. After several years representing the party in Austria’s upper parliamentary chamber, he became member of the National Council in 2019. He is party spokesperson on matters of Defence, Volunteer Work and the Court of Audit. In addition to his national roles, David Stögmüller is also a Member of the parliamentary assemblies (PAs) of NATO and the OSCE – where he is member of the Ad Hoc Committee on Migration – as well as the CSDP board at EU level. His work focusses on uncovering and fighting institutionalized corruption, making Austria’s democracy fairer and more transparent, and raising youth engagement in democratic and civil society.
