Biography
Abdelouahab Yagoubi is a Member of the Algerian Parliament (APN) and Member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) since 2021. He is the PAM Rapporteur on Artificial Intelligence, and he belongs to the Human Rights and Dialogue among Civilizations Committee (PAM) and to the Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Emigration Committee (APN). He began his career in 1992 as an Engineer in Computers. After a Ph.D. thesis, he worked as IT Expert in several international compagnies, managing a number of units and strategic projects Information System. His current interests in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean include artificial intelligence and new technologies, change transition, migration and geopolitical affairs.
