Biography
Shakeel Shabbir Ahmed is a Member of the Kenyan Parliament since 2008. He is a qualified financial accountant and banker. He chairs the African Parliamentarians Network Against Corruption (APNAC). After graduating from the Nairobi School in 1971, he went to Middlesex Polytechnic in London where he obtained three Masters' Degrees and a Ph.D.
