Biography
Mr. Martirosyan graduated from Armenian State Pedagogy University, Faculty of History. Since 2000, he worked in the Department of International Relations of the National Assembly of Armenia. He was the leading specialist of the Division of the Inter-parliamentary Relations and served as secretary of the Parliamentary Friendship Groups with the parliaments of Central Asia countries, Georgia and Iran. From 2005 to 2017, he was the secretary of the Armenian parliamentary delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC). From 2017 to the present, he acts as secretary of the Economic, Commercial, Technological and Environmental Affairs Committee at PABSEC.
