Biography
Carlos Pereira is a Member of the Assembly of the Portuguese Republic for the Socialist Party since 2015. He is the Vice-President of the Parliamentary Group of the Portuguese Socialist Party in the Assembly of the Republic and an Independent consultant to the European Commission for Horizon 2020. He is the Vice President of the Economic and Social Council of the Autonomous Region of Madeira. He graduated in Economics from the Higher Institute of Economics and Management (ISEG).
