Biography
Ryuji Koizumi is a Member of the House of Representatives of Japan for the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP). He is a Member of the Standing Committee on Financial Affairs. He is the Acting Director-General of the LDP International Bureau. He served as the Director of the Research Office of the Securities Bureau and as the Director of the Financial Markets Office of the Banking Bureau for the Ministry of Finance. He graduated from the University of Tokyo and studied at the Graduate School of Columbia University as a Visiting Fellow.
