Biography
Jesper Skalberg Karlsson is a Member of the Parliament of Sweden and a Member of the Committee on Health and Welfare. He is also the Chair of The Moderate Party on the island of Gotland since 2015. In 2015 he became the youngest member of the Swedish Parliament, and has also been the Vice Chair of the Regional Board on Gotland 2018-2022. During that time he was deeply involved in the OECD Territorial Review of Gotland.
