Biography
Mrs. Silvia Dinică first became a senator in 2016. She is chair of Committee for Science, Innovation and Technology of the Romanian Senate. She is also a member of the Economic, industries and services Committee and the Committee for education.
Mrs. Dinică graduated in Mathematics from the University of Bucharest and has a Master’s Degree in Risk Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. has a Master’s Degree and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics (Convex optimization, algorithms for data reduction, pattern analysis) from Colorado State University, USA.
