Biography
Mr. Rui Afonso was a bank officer before being elected as deputy of the Assembly of the Portuguese Republic, Municipal Deputy of the Oporto city. He is the second Vice-President of the Budget and Finance Committee of the Portuguese Parliament. He is also the coordinator of the Parliamentary Group of CHEGA Party in the Budget and Finance Committee as well as the substitute member of the Economy, Infrastructure, Housing and Sea Committee of the CHEGA Party Parliamentary Group. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Administration, a master's degree in Marketing and Market, and a PhD in Economic and Business Sciences.
