Biography
Mr. Michal Kapa is a Policy Adviser to MEP Marek Belka in general policy issues and the INTA committee, in the European Parliament. Previously, he worked for the National Bank of Poland as Executive Assistant to the President and as Senior Specialist in the International Department.
