Biography
Gudrun Brunegard is a Member of the Swedish Parliament since 2019, where she is also a member of the Committee on Education. Public Health Nurse by profession, she has mainly worked with Paediatric and Geriatric Nursing in Sweden, and Nurse Training, Hospital Administration and Community Health in Tanzania. She has been a full time politician in Municipal and County level since 2003. After this, she was member of Executive Committee of Municipal Council and Chairperson of the Committee on Education of Vimmerby Municipality, as well as member of the Executive Committee of the County Council and Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Primary Health and Dental Carein Kalmar County from 2009.
