Biography
Miguel Dalmau Blanco is a senator for the Spanish Socialist Party since 2019. A career civil servant, Miguel Dalmau has a long political career, being appointed as Councilman of Utebo (Zaragoza) in 2003. Subsequently, in 2007, he was appointed as Mayor of Utebo, a position he held for three legislatures, until 2019. He is currently the Chair of the Local Entities Committee in the Senate, as well as a member of the Foreign Affairs, Culture and Sports, Defense and Petitions Committees.
