Biography
Ms. Elena Diego Castellanos is a Senator at the Spanish Senate. She is President of the Development Cooperation Committee since 2019 and a Senator since 2011. From 2003 to 2011 she was Mayor of Villamayor (Salamanca) and she holds a Law degree form the University of Salamanca.
