Biography

Born in La Rinconada (Seville), on October 29, 1959. He has a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from the University of Malaga, and an MBA from the San Telmo International Institute (Seville). Expert in Local Development by the International Labor Organization and the United Nations. His professional career has been oriented towards politics and tourism, in 2004 he was appointed General Director of Tourism Planning and Management of the Government of Andalusia, a position he held for seven years. Previously, he had been Director of Tourism of the Province of Seville (2002-2004), Director of the Economy and Tourism Area of ​​the Seville City Council (1999-2002), and Director of the Treasury Area of ​​the Provincial Council of Seville (1993-1999).
