Biography
Luis Jesús Uribe-Etxbarría is a Spanish Senator who has held several positions in the European Union and the Basque Parliament. He served as Director of the Basque Government Office at the EU in Brussels and as a member of the Cabinet of the Secretary General of the Committee of the Regions of the EU. Uribe-Etxbarría is a journalist by the University of Navarra, and also holds a graduate degree in Community Law and European Studies from the University of Louvain in Belgium. Additionally, he earned an Executive MBA from the University of Deusto University.
