Biography
Ms. Mirza Flores Gómez is a Member of the Mexican Chamber of Deputies representing the Movimiento Ciudadano Party since 2015. She has held positions in the Federal Electoral Institute (1993-1994) and as assistant rapporteur at the Supreme Court of Justice of Jalisco (1995-1996). In 2003 she became the municipal councilor at the Electoral and Citizen Participation Institute of Jalisco and in 2012 she worked as a consultant for the Jalisco State Congress. Simultaneously, she held several positions in “Movimiento Ciudadano”, party of which she is currently a deputy. She holds a law degree from the University of Guadalajara, a master's degree in Women's, Gender and Citizenship Studies from the University of Barcelona and two diplomas from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, one in Senior Management and the other in Public Policy.
