Biography
Armand Zorn was born on July 17 1988 in Cameroon. He is a Member of the German parliament (Bundestag). He is the directly elected representative of the constituency Frankfurt am Main I. Zorn is a member of the Finance Committee and of the Committee on Digital Affairs. He is the Deputy Spokesman for Financial Affairs for the Social Democratic Party in the Bundestag. Zorn grew up in Cameroon and moved to Germany at the age of 12. He studied Economics, Economic Law and Political Science in Halle (Saale), Paris, Chongqing (China), Konstanz and Bologna. From 2012 to 2015 he worked for the German federal ministry of finance, in the French National Assembly and the European Commission. 2015-2021 he worked as a business consultant with a focus on digital transformation and economic sustainability for PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
