Biography
Héctor Saúl Téllez Hernández is a Member of the Chamber of Deputies of Mexico since 2021. Prior to becoming Member of Parliament, he worked in the Legal Affairs Unit of the Secretariat of Comptrollership and Administrative Development of the Federal Government from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, he was appointed Deputy Director of Regulatory Studies of the National Coordination of the Oportunidades Program, of the Ministry of Social Development. From 2004 to 2006, he served as Advisor in Airports and Auxiliary Services (ASA), and from 2006 to 2009 as Technical secretary of the Metropolitan Development Commission of the Chamber of Deputies in the LX Legislature. Héctor Saúl Téllez Hernández then became Secretary of Citizen Relations and Social Management of the PAN in Mexico City until 2010, when he was appointed Head of Office of the Presidency of the PAN in the Federal District. From 2012 to 2015, he served as Local deputy in the VI Legislature of the Legislative Assembly of the Federal District (ALDF). He has a Law Degree from the Autonomous University of Mexico, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP).
