Biography
Mr. Paluckas is a Member of the Seimas the Lithuanian Parliament with the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party. He is Deputy-Chair of the Committee on Economics, and a member of the Committee on European Affairs and the Subcommittee on High Technology, Innovation and Digital Economy. Mr Paluckas is also part of the Delegation of the Seimas to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. He obtained his Degree in Software Systems in Vilnius University
