Biography
Marketa Novakova is a legal consultant in the Parliamentary Institute that functions as a research centre for the Parliament of the Czech Republic. As a Parliamentary clerk, she is accompanying Czech Deputy, Mr Jan Lipavský, to the October 2019 meeting of the Global Parliamentary Network.
