Biography
During his studies in Business Informatics (M. Sc.) Mario Brandenburg was recruited by Europe’s largest software multinational SAP. In various positions at SAP, he was able to put his technical IT-skills into practice and combine these with his intercultural competences. As an integration architect Mario Brandenburg was responsible for several markets across different continents. In 2010 he joined the Free Democratic Party. A few years later in 2017 Mario Brandenburg was elected to be a Member of the German Parliament for the Free Democratic Party and represent his constituency on the federal level. Given Mario`s expertise, he was trusted to be a Spokesman for Technology Policy as well as member of the committee for Education, Research and Technology Assessment and committee Digital Agenda. 2018 Mario Brandenburg was selected to be also a member of the working committee concerning „Artificial Intelligence“ in the German Parliament.
