Biography
Mr. Noah Louis is the Secretary of the Committee for Digitalization, Media and Communications at the Chambre des Députés of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. He graduated from the Université libre de Bruxelles in 2020 with a master’s degree in public and international law and a master’s degree in political science, both passed with distinction. As Secretary of the Committee for Digitalization, Media and Communications, his responsibilities include accompanying the legislative process of initiatives that fall within the domain of said committee and organizing meetings, as well as debates concerning all other affairs pertaining to matters of digitalization, media and communications.
