Biography
Daniel Melo is a Member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile for the Partido Socialista (PS) since 2022. He represents District No. 13 for the Santiago Metropolitan Region. He is a Member of the Permanent Commission of Environment and Natural Resources; Social Development, Overcoming Poverty and Planning; and Seniors and Disability. He is a sociologist from ARCIS University. He also has a Master's degree in Human Settlements and Environment from the Institute of Urban and Territorial Studies of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
