Biography
Ms Chatzivassiliou was born in Athens, Greece. She is former Deputy Head of the Monitoring Department under the authority of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe. She is a Doctor Juris and holds PhD in Human Rights Law and Criminal Procedure (EUI, Florence). Finally, she is a Member of the Athens Bar Association.
