Biography
Mr. Gerry Horkan is a Senator in the Irish Parliament. He is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of University College Dublin with a B.Comm and Masters in Accounting. Previously, he was an elected County Councillor for the Stillorgan Ward of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council for over twelve years.
