Biography
Yehor Cherniev is a Member of the Parliament of Ukraine, where he serves as Deputy Chairman of the Digital Transformation Committee and Chairman of the Permanent delegation of Ukraine to the NATO PA. Mr. Cherniev is also an expert on Digital and Innovation economy and member of the Council of Movement Industry 4.0 Ukraine. He is co-author of several government strategies such as Digital Agenda for Ukraine and the Strategy of Innovation Development of Ukraine. In 2019 he developed, together with other market experts, the Strategy of Digital Economy Development of Ukraine 2030, part of which became the president’s digitalization program. He has more than 10 years of experience in Ukrainian IT and telecom sector on managing positions.
