Biography
Melany Pasca has been working as a legal advisor in the Romanian Parliament since 2021. She has drafted legislative proposals and amendments covering a wide range of topics, with the goals of facilitating the educational integration of pupils previously educated abroad, revising legislation related to identity documents, advocating for women's rights, and enhancing protection for victims of human trafficking. Concurrently, she is pursuing a master's degree in Law and Governance of European and International Affairs at Université Panthéon-Sorbonne, further augmenting her expertise in legislative frameworks and international law. Melany holds a degree in English and French law from the University of Birmingham and Université Panthéon-Assas, reflecting her interdisciplinary approach to legal studies and her commitment to cross-cultural understanding in legal contexts.
