Biography
Hon. Pedro Roque is a Member of the Portuguese Parliament since 2002. With a degree in History, he is President of the Dialogue between Civilizations and Human Rights Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean, where he is also President Emeritus, due to the fact that he held the position of President of the organization between 2017 and 2019. He is currently engaged in the promotion of Human Rights and the conditions of Migrants in the Euro-Mediterranean and Gulf regions.
