Biography
Mr. Kentaro is a Member of the Japanese House of Representatives and belongs to the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan. He is the Director of the Standing Committee on Environment and a member of the Special Committee on North Korean Abductions and Other Issues. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution.
