Biography
Xavier Baeselen is Secretary General of the Parliament of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (Parliament of the French Community) since 2010. He served as a member of the Belgian House of Representatives in 2008 for the electoral district Brussels-Hal-Vilvoorde. During the 52nd legislature, he was an effective member of the Committee on External Relations and the Committee on Petitions, and a substitute member of the Special Committee on Rules of Procedure and the Reform of Parliamentary Work, the Committee on Naturalisation, the Special Committee on Climate and Sustainable Development and the Committee on Social Affairs.
