Biography
Corneliu Mugurel Cozmanciuc has a master's degree in business law. He is a member of the Union of the Legal Advisers’ Colleges of Romania. Since 2010 Vice Chairperson of the Territorial Branch of the National Liberal Party in Iasi. He was a Secretary of State in the Ministry of Environment and Forests from May 2012 to January 2013. He has been a deputy in the Romanian Chamber of Deputies since 2012. He is currently a member of the Committee for Defense, Public Order and National Security and a member of the Committee on the Environment and ecological balance. He also serves as a member of the Permanent Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
