Biography
Mr. Rodriguez-Comendador is a lawyer and Member of the Spanish Senate representing the constituency of AlmerÃa, in the Spanish Senate since 2011. He is Member of the Spanish delegation to the NATO PA. In addition, he is President of the Ibero-American Union of Municipalists since 2012. Before becoming an MP, he was Mayor of Almeria (2003-2015). Finally, he did Advanced National Defence Studies (CESEDEN) (2017) and he holds an University Degree in Law from the University of Granada.
