Nanna Højlund is Vice President and President by proxy of Danish Trade Union Confederation (FH); the voice for 1.3 million employees and 64 affiliates. As Vice President of FH, Nanna is responsible for a wide range of policy areas and committees, including those related to education and skills development, as well as growth, welfare, and employment. As such, Nanna has the privilege of working with topics of great importance to employees across educational backgrounds and industries, as well as the public and private sectors. Nanna Højlund holds a number of positions on boards and councils, including EuroSkills 2025, the Danish Board of Business Development, the National Employment Council, and a number of advisory councils for ministers across the education Area. Previously, Nanna Højlund has served as elected union secretary of FOA and Vice President of the Danish Confederation of Trade Unions (LO).
