Alvino Wildschutt-Prins is responsible for the Infrastructure Investment Partnerships of the Development Bank of Southern Africa in the Client Coverage and Origination division, with a specific focus on International projects and partnerships outside South Africa. In addition, he acts as Relationship Manager for the Africa Hub of the Sustainable Development Investment Partnership (SDIP) initiative of the World Economic Forum and the OECD. He has over 15 years’ experience in Policy and Research analysis, Project and Programme Management and International Stakeholder management in the International Infrastructure finance space. Overall he is responsible for building effective stakeholder relations with key players in the local and international markets, strategic planning and works closely with project preparation and investment officers of the DBSA and its international partners. Alvino holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa and is currently completing his Master’s degree in Commerce, specialising in Development Finance, at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, South Africa.
