Hugo Bluet started his career at the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) - the French financial markets supervisor – where he worked several years in the Regulatory Policy and International Affairs Department within the Investment management team. At this position, he participated to elaborating EU asset management-related legislation (UCITS, AIFM, PRIIPs and EMIR) and contributed to IOSCO and FSB working groups. He then joined PwC France, as a senior consultant specialized in financial regulation and helped asset managers implement regulatory evolutions and build public affairs strategy. In September 2018, he joined WWF France as green finance program manager. This program aims at engaging financial institutions towards energy transition, portfolio alignment with the Paris goals and the inclusion of biodiversity into investment strategies.
Hugo studied at Sciences-Po Strasbourg where he graduated with a Master’s degree in European Politics and Public Affairs.
